Lincoln based arb-approved contractor est 30years currently requires fully certificated experianced lead climber and second climber to join existing teams, working on all current private and commercial contracts as well as new season works, must be able to carry out all aspects of tree work to a very high standard, works include rigging and ropeing, large dismantles, as well all general tree operations.
Minimum CS30/31 for chainsaw 38/39 for climbing, any additional certification would be an advantage as would to ability to tow chipper. The ideal canidate must be able to climb to a high standard, produce quality finished works, sometimes within strict timetables and be flexable,able to think on there feet, and able to take on the challages of none textbook situations, must be all round team player and be prepared to carry out all tasks required.
Additional training, refreasher training and certification would be available to the successful candidate.
