Heres a quick rundown, further details can be obtained via email or telephone.
The machine has had a full oil and filter service, as well as brakes checked and balanced as well as everything else checked over and it really is as new, weve professionally sanded and painted inside the infeed hopper as well as the chute, just to make it look like new. The blades and rollers were sharpened. The no stress is fully functioning etc. Few minor cosmetic scuffs but nothing bad, otherwise we would have addressed it.
Lets be honest here, you could run this for a year or two and still get your money back, it comes with a 1 month parts and labour warranty covering everything but the electrics.

Impact strength:
The helmet must withstand impact by a 5 kg weight.The weight is dropped from a height of 1 metre and the force transmitted through the helmet must not exceed 5kN.
Penetration test:
A pointed metal object with a weight of 3 kg is dropped onto the helmet from a height of 1 m.The point must not penetrate far enough through the helmet to make contact with the head.
Working life:Before the helmet undergoes any other tests it is ”artificially ” aged until about 3 years old.This is done by cooling, spraying with water,heating and irradiating with a Xenon lamp to replicate the effects of ultraviolet radiation.We can therefore
guarantee that the helmet can be used for at least 3 years after removal from its packaging.
Height adjustment:
The helmet lining must permit adjustment of height at front and back.
Temperature:
The helmet and lining must not begin to burn or melt when exposed to a naked flame for 20 seconds.In addition to the above there are a number of voluntary tests which our helmet has passed:

Impact strength:
The helmet must withstand impact by a 5 kg weight.The weight is dropped from a height of 1 metre and the force transmitted through the helmet must not exceed 5kN.
Penetration test:
A pointed metal object with a weight of 3 kg is dropped onto the helmet from a height of 1 m.The point must not penetrate far enough through the helmet to make contact with the head.
Working life:Before the helmet undergoes any other tests it is ”artificially ” aged until about 3 years old.This is done by cooling, spraying with water,heating and irradiating with a Xenon lamp to replicate the effects of ultraviolet radiation.We can therefore
guarantee that the helmet can be used for at least 3 years after removal from its packaging.
Height adjustment:
The helmet lining must permit adjustment of height at front and back.
Temperature:
The helmet and lining must not begin to burn or melt when exposed to a naked flame for 20 seconds.In addition to the above there are a number of voluntary tests which our helmet has passed:
Low temperatures:
(-10,-20,-30 C)Our helmet meets the highest class,-30 C. Lateral stability:The helmet is subjected to a lateral pressure of 43 kg.Deformation must not exceed 40 mm.The test is then repeated as above with a reduced pressure of 3 kg.
Deformation must not exceed 15 mm this time.
