We are currently looking for a Surveyor to work in the Ross On Wye area, to develop and maintain the highest standards of operational service delivery for all client contracts whilst maximising growth potential.
The Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
To assist the Field Manager to generate work for his teams on a daily basis ensuring that all teams are managed, organised and motivated to deliver operations to excellent standards of safety, compliance, customer satisfaction and within financial and production targets.
Deliver operations to internal and external standards.
Maintain excellent customer relationships with a constructive and proactive communication style.
Survey and audit work.
Ensure programmed delivery of all work to standard and specification.
Plan and deliver to agreed programmes, correct standard and specifications, right first time.
Proactively identify internal/external customer needs and create a plan to exceed standards.
We are looking for the successful individual to have:
Must have completed Unit 1,2 &5.
Excellent Communication skills.
Experience of being customer facing.
Base knowledge of IT.
Form of ecological training desirable.
