Our client specialises in commercial and domestic Grounds maintenance, Landscaping and Tree care and covers the South East of England. They are looking to recruit an experienced Lead Climber to be based from their Hampshire offices.
This is a varied position and involves all aspects of tree work ;you will be responsible for a two or three man team. As well as hands on work you will be expected to liaise with clients and supervise and encourage your team . Daily Health and Safety checks and reporting are also part of your remit.
Candidates must qualified to NPTC CS39, have two years climbing experience and hold a current UK driving licence. The basic pay range is between 10.50 to 13.50PH for a forty hour week . In addition the company undertakes considerable training and actively supports team leaders to take additional qualifications . There is 28 days paid annual leave.
