Contract Duration and Start Date:
We are looking for permanent positions but candidates will initially be engaged on a temporary basis with an immediate start and the opportunity to transfer to direct employment in the future.
Job Location : South East London and North Kent,
Brief Description of Duties.
The work will involve the full range of arboricultural operations, including crown reduction, including sympathetic reductions, tree planting and root pruning, , root removal and stump grinding.
Candidates must be able to drive and have their own transport to get to the yard by 7.15am
Qualifications Required:
Driving Licence is essential as are relevant NPTCs for climbing - CS 30,31,38,, chipper, stump grinder, MEWP and an E trailer entitlement would be an advantage but are not essential.

Our client is one of the largest arboricultural contractor's in the UK. They specialise in local authority work and currently hold a term contract for several local authorities along the south coast. This involves the maintenance of the council's tree stock along highways and in parks, cemeteries, housing and social services sites. They have a depot near Hastings and are currently looking to employ a new Arborist to work as part of a three or two man team undertaking a wide range of tree work operations.
Candidates must hold CS39 as a minimum. In addtion a driving licence is necessary. All positions are directly employed, on permanent contracts. The rate pf pay is 320 per week basic (PAYE), plus over time and other benefits to include 28 days paid annual leave plus further training and certification. The company offers considerable career development potential.
