We are seeking enthusiastic and proactive individuals to undertake Field Manager positions working around Newark, Stamford and Stoke. The role will be responsible for coordinating delivery of the programme of utility tree works as agreed with our client and in line with contractual obligations. Responsibilities will include: Managing your teams (both subcontract and directly employed) looking at safety, productivity, quality of works undertaken and other day to day issues regarding work on site Dealing with customer enquiries in a professional and courteous manner Liaising with the Area Manager and Contracts Manager regarding programme delivery Works planning, including various specific operations Bts require evidence of: Experience of managing teams across multiple sites Experience of operational delivery and reporting Commitment to personal development and training Full UK Driving Licence Excellent Communication Skills Ability to work to deadlines Additional skills but not essential: Vegetation Clearance works utility work First Aid Certification
