Our client is a large contractor providing a wide range of services including landscape construction, grounds maintenance, arboriculture and garden design. The client base is a mix of domestic, commercial and public sector. Based in Surrey they have an annual turn over of circa 9.5m and employ 220 staff.
The company has been awarded a long term contract with the MoD to maintain several garrison towns in Wiltshire and Surrey. The maintenance will include arboriculture and the company currently employes six arborists near Salibsury.
They currently have a vacancy for a up to two climbing arborists (not lead climber) to work as part of their tree unit near Salisbury. Candidates must have NPTCs for aerial use of the saw and ideally CS41. Working behind the wire on MoD bases will mean candidates must pass a security check.
In return they are offering a basic salary of 18,500 to 21,000 plus benefits to include 28 days annual leave.
