They operate nationally and are the first choice for high profile consultancy projects. They are looking to employ at least two teams of Bat Inspectors to undertake surveys on the HS2 line north of Birmingham.
The work will involve aerial inspections of trees that are considered to be potential bat roosts after ecological/habitat surveys undertaken at ground level. Each team will consist of two people who will be recruited together or separately (and made up into teams):

Support worker: applicants must have NPTC CS38 or equivalent (tree climbing and aerial rescue).
The work will be booked on a weekly basis and will commence mid-September and is expected to last until the end of December.
