Our client is an established contractor based in west Germany. Employing three teams of arborists they mainly undertake domestic work in the affluent cities of Bonn and Cologne. The company is owned by an English man who has lived in Germany for 30 years. He also has two English speaking sons who work in the business. One of their staff has recently left and so they are looking to employ an arborist to replace him.
Candidates must be fully competent arborists and be able to undertake any climbing work that is required. The client is looking for climbers with several years experience and NPTCs for aerial use of the saw. In addition to the climbing the arborist should be able to drive the work vehicle and deal politely and professionally with customers.
In return the client is offering up to 200 euros per day (160) on a self-employed basis. PAYE working is also available and would be from 10 to 16 euros per hour plus paid leave. The client can provide free accommodation by way of a furnished flat which is equipped with English TV and is in a very desirable location.
