Unimog 406 U900.130 Hp With Hiab 550
This is possibly one of the best Unimog U900s in the UK. It has been immaculately looked after and is mechanically sound throughout. The chassis and cab are in extremely good condition. As well as being the most versatile and useful tool in the business it has been a fantastic advert for my company.
It is hugely powerful at 130 horsepower and was professionally fully overhauled two years ago by Atkinson Vos. They uprated the power, replaced the clutch and radiator, replaced the injectors and went through it completely. It has the top of the range cascade gearbox with a splitter and sits easily at 80 Kph when towing. The brakes are linked to trailer air brakes so it stops well.
All electrics work.
It has front pto I have removed the shaft but it is incuded in the sale. The rear Pto runs the Hiab.
The Hiab crane works well with no leaks and good seal, rams and pipes and lifts a massive 3250 Kg.
It is registered agricultural with extended road use. Therefore is tax and MOT exempt, runs on red diesel and you can tow a 22 tonne trailer with a normal car licence.
